Release of the final platform

The final version of the e-learning platform is now released. It includes all the modules created by the partners, all the languages of the partners with the possibility to use the contents already uploaded, upload new & personalized contents and create a virtual classroom in which every users can participate at the virtual lessons and change ideas and contents.

Fifth Meeting

On 11th and 12th of September it took place in Ruse, Bulgaria, the 5th and last Transnational Meeting of the project “Ti4PES”.

The meeting was hosted at Dunav Plaza hotel, Ruse and organized by PARVI.

The final contents of the Modules that will be uploaded in the platform are published. All the contents have to be translated from all the partners. Final review of the inclusion plan is done by all partners. AEVA presented the observation form and evaluation form for the piloting. AEVA and CEIPES was conducting the piloting of the platform. Hytton creates software instances and accounts for all languages in the project.

Publication of Output 2

TI4PeS project consortium is glad to inform you all that the “Manual about Dislexia for VET Trainers/Teachers” fo the Intellectual Output 2 has been published in the “publications” section of this website.

It was produced a Manual to explain to VET teachers/trainers what are the main difficulties, problems of people with SLD. The manual is shared in 3 main chapter. The development of this chapter is linked with different activities:


A1. General characteristics of Special Educational Needs.
A2. Specific description of characteristics of learning disabilities based on most recent literature about this topic.
A3. Explanation of the most effective strategies for intervention.

Publication of Output 1

TI4PeS project consortium is glad to inform you all that the report of the Intellectual Output 1: “Report on organizational and educational needs of VET Institute about Special Learning Disorders”, has been published in the “publications” section of this website.

Based on the research and analysis a report is put together to have a starting point for creating the methodology for the crucial subjects in teaching ICT in VET and also for learning materials creation. The report should point out the state of art of the VET education system in Europe and how it is dealing the issue of SpLD students. It will be included good and bad practices and an assessment of the needs of the schools of the partner countries, about this topic.

Quality indicators: comprehensive review report, noteworthy statistical analysis, the number of employers roped in in any way to the project, feedback from the employers on the project topic and relevance.

Fourth Meeting

On 27th and 28th of February it took place in Palermo the 4th Transnational Meeting of the project “Ti4PES”. The meeting was hosted in CEIPES headquarter. The meeting was the occasion to confront about the continuation of work of the partners.


Akademia Pedagogiki Specjalnej im. Marii Grzegorzewskiej (ASP) finalized the handbook of Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) for ICT teachers, HYTTON is making the platform in which there will be the contents of the lessons, thanks to the suggestion of National Centre for Dyslexia (PARVE) like experts of SpLD, CEIPES is creating the Inclusion Plan and Associacao para a Educacao Evalorizacao da Regiao de Aveiro (AEVA) the Teaching Plan.


Next steps will be the Multiplier Event. This meeting is the occasion for talk about it, too. Every partner is involved in these events and is responsible for the organization of the event in their country.


The aim of the project is to develop training paths for the VET students with special learning disorders about ICT and software development. At the same time the project wants to encourage the ICT teachers to be able to teach to this target group. The platform will be available on-line for those who will want to use it in the classrooms with SpLD students.
The next and last meeting will be in Bulgaria on September.

Third meeting

It took place in Aveiro (Portugal) on 18th and 19th of September the third transnational meeting of TI4PES project (Teaching ICT for people with Special Learning Disorders), hosted by AEVA in the Professional School building.

At this meeting all the project has taken part: CEIPES (Italy), National Centre for Dislexia “Paerva” (Bulgaria), Special Pedagogy Academy “Marii Grzegorzewskiej” (Poland), the project coordinator: Hytton Technologies (Sweden) and of course the AEVA.

 

Following the project timeline, the partners are finalizing the handbook for ICT teachers, about SpLD students. Since this month, Hytton will start the development of the training paths about software development addressed to this target group and Paerva and APS will support, as SpLD expert.

 

This project is fund by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program (KA2, Strategic Partnership for innovation) and it is aimed to develop trainingh paths for the VET students with special learning disorders about ICT and software development. At the same time the project wants to encourage the ICT teachers to be able to teach to this target group.

Second Meeting

The 2nd transnational meeting of the project TI4PES (Teaching ICT for people with Special Learning Disorders), that took place in Warsaw (Poland) on 16th and 17th May 2018.
The project is funded by European Commission (Erasmus+ program, KA2, Strategic Partnership).

 The project managers of the consortium partners have met for 2 days to discuss about the latest results of the project activities.  The partners are now working towards the first two Intellectual Outputs, aimed to have a state of the art of the learning pathways of people with Special Learning Disorders (SpLD) in the field of VET, and to support VET teachers and trainers (especially in field of ICT) to deal with this specific target group.

 The results of the first intellectual output with the overmentioned state of the art will be ready and available on the official project website at the end of June. This summer the partners will develop the handbook about teaching to people with SpLD for VET teachers.

Kickoff Meeting

Teaching ICT for People with Specific Learning Disorders (TI4PES) is a strategic partnership project for vocational education and training. The kick off meeting of Ti4PeS was in Stockholm January 10th-11th 2018.

The project managers of the consortium partners have participated in the kick off meeting. The consortium members are: CEIPES NGO (Italy), Professional association and institution “AEVA” (Portugal), National Centre for Dislexia “Paerva” (Bulgaria), Special Pedagogy Academy “Marii Grzegorzewskiej” (Poland), and the project coordinator: Hytton Technologies (Sweden).
